Woodlawn is participating in the FCC Drive Away Hunger fundraiser September 26 – October 5. We invite you to send a food item(s) to help feed hungry families in our community. In preparation for the new school year, please make yourself familiar with our new bell schedule. Remember that our lunch time schedule has been split for the 1&3 and 2&4 students. On Friday, May 13 the orange house went to Flippers for their house reward. That was our last house reward of the year. A big thanks to all of the coaches at Flippers for teaching all of the houses this year. It was fun!
Volunteers are Needed! No gardening experience required! Woodlawn has been involved with growing vegetables for Southeast Helping Hands for the last 6 years. Grade 3 students plant and harvest the garden each year, providing a worthwhile and hands-on experience for children to learn where their food comes from and the benefits of helping the less fortunate in our community.
